Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Allen Fence Installation quotes and carries out fencing work across Allen and Collin County.
Using this website
The material on this site is provided for general information about our fencing services. It is written carefully but it is not a substitute for an on-site measurement, a written estimate, or advice from the City of Allen permit office about your specific property.
Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this website is a quote. Prices are given only in a written, itemized estimate produced after we have measured the property. That written estimate is the price for the scope it describes, and it holds for the period stated on the document. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Scheduling and weather
Install dates are set in good faith. North Texas weather, permit timing, HOA review and utility-locate delays can move a date, and where that happens we contact you with a new one as soon as we have it.
Property lines, permits and approvals
You are responsible for telling us where your property line runs and for providing survey information where the boundary is unclear. We file permits and prepare HOA submissions on your behalf, but approval decisions belong to the city and the association, not to us.
Workmanship warranty
Our written workmanship warranty covers posts, rails, gate alignment and hardware for the period stated on the document handed over at the walkthrough. Material carries whatever warranty the manufacturer provides. The warranty does not cover damage from storms, vehicles, third parties, ground movement caused by new drainage or excavation, or alterations made by someone else.
Payment
Deposit and payment terms are set out on your estimate and invoice. Work is complete when the final walkthrough is signed off and the warranty document has been handed over.
Photography
We may photograph completed work for our own records and portfolio. Photographs never include your name, address or any identifying detail unless you have given permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability in connection with the website and the work is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Collin County.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the current version always sits on this page. Questions can go to Allen Fence Installation at (972) 236-7579 during business hours.
